We hope that you love your Fryes. If the product you purchased is not as expected, please return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly accept returns purchased from Frye’s online store (thefryecompany.com) that are unworn (no scuff marks – please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear), undamaged or defective merchandise. We are not able to assist with purchases made through third-party retailers. You may use our online return service to send back your item(s) or ship with a carrier of your choice. If you would like to use our Prepaid Return Shipping Label service, a $12.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid return labels may only be issued within the contiguous U.S. Please be sure to keep any return tracking information and records provided by the shipping carrier for your reference.
