- All pre-loved items are final sale unless the item is not in the condition that the seller guaranteed. You may then open a dispute and we will find the best solution to mediate the situation. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions. Some disputes may include:
- Item’s size was listed incorrectly
- Stains or blemishes
- Missing elements of the order (accessories)
- Clear evidence of wear not listed by seller
- The seller shipped the wrong item
